Non-Destructive-Principle

What is the non-destructive principle? It means that we shouldn't with out actions seek to be destructive. Being destructive means to destroy, use, abuse something in life for no good reason.

For example, "ethical" use of drugs for pleasure is hedonistic and destructive, for the drugs don't perform any positive function in the body.

Eating junk food once is not a big deal, but it is destructive to the body.
