Health-And-Morality
VEGAN ISSUE
Health and morality
Is health a moral issue?
Should people take care of their health?
Should people strive for optimal (the best) health? (instead of settling for mediocre health)
If you're sick, unhealthy, tired etc. you will be more prone to make poor moral decisions
- Also unable to take care of responsibilites (family, community, job etc.)
When vegans defend animals, aren't they defending the health of the animals?
Earthling Ed: "...killing an animal causes the animal to lose on happiness... less time to be happy..."
What about fasting until death (no food is eaten, no moral issues regarding food, but the person dies)
Is life moral? Do we have a moral justification to live?
Is it convenient to be healthy?
