Free-Will

Free will means that we can make decisions independently of our circumstances, including nature and nurture.

Question: Are these decisions always moral? Answer: Perhaps...

Free will is God giving us the ability to determine the outcome of some contained material reality. This contained material reality would probably be some areas of the brain, i.e. we have the ability to trigger signals in our brain to behave in a certain way.

Question: Does this mean we can "miraculously" control and interfere with nature to some limited degree? Answer: Perhaps

We could assume that the material world is deterministic in nature, so to facilitate free will into the equasion, i.e. "how does free will manifest in a deterministic world?", we must assume some kind of a miracle.
