Dependecies

It appears that as society evolves people give up more of their personal responsabilities in exchange for the possibility to focus on a narrower set of activities.

How many city people know how to hunt, to gather? How many know how to start a fire without matches or a lighter? How many know how to survive?

We live in heated homes and eat foods that have been prepared for us. But the issue goes deeper than that. The aforementioned examples showcase skills that can be learned. But what about basic human abilities?

Why walk when you can take the bus? Why think or remember anything, when a quick Google search will provide us with answers? Why nourish our bodies, when we have medication to keep us alive?

We are giving up all of our most basic responsabilities, soon we shall be zombies.
