Argument-From-Order-And-Rules

Argument from order, rules and laws

By definition, the natural world is ever changing. Anything that does not change, cannot thus be of the natural world.

Nature requires laws to manifest any behaviour. The laws of nature dictate the behavior of nature. Without the laws of nature, nature would not know how to behave, and would do nothing. Nature has no free will, and thus cannot help but obey the laws of nature. These laws are static, and thus not natural.

Moral agents have the moral law, so they know how to behave. They also have free will, so they have the ability to abstain from obedience.

People are natural beings with a supernatural connection (spirit, soul, morals). People cannot break the laws of nature, but can break the moral law (due to free will).

In Christianity, angels lack free will. Angels are spiritual beings with a natural connection. This is why they cannot break the divine/moral laws, but can break the laws of nature.

Angels are spiritual beings and lack free will, they cannot break the moral law. Humans are primarily natural beings, secondarily supernatural.

All things natural are subject to the natural law. All things supernatural are subject to the supernatural law.

Primarily natural beings cannot break the natural law. Primarily supernatural beings cannot break the supernatural law.

Free will is scoped to either the natural or the supernatural. One can have free will exclusively in the supernatural, like people. Thus people can break the moral law.

Angels lack supernatural (moral) free will, but have natural free will. Thus they can break the laws of nature i.e. perform miracles.

Animals lack natural and supernatural free will, but they can still make decisions. Because they are fully natural beings, they make their decisions on purely natural grounds (feelings, instinct). Humans have supernatural free will, and are natural beings, and thus they make decisions on natural and supernatural grounds.

Angels have natural free will only, and are supernatural beings, and thus they make decisions on supernatural grounds. However, these are not decisions made out of free will, but because that's the law that governs their behavior at large. Similar to how the natural law governs the behavior of animals.

If there is creation in the natural world and the supernatural world, then aren't the two equal, and they only differ in roles? God would then have to be above both of them.

Chaos is the breaking of rules. Thus, the big bang was not chaotic, for matter was just following a set of rules. Maybe to the human eye it would look chaotic, but us humans have consciousness, and to us, chaos is the breaking of conscious rules. A country where its citizens don't follow its laws is chaotic.
